Salon and Spa Guidelines
Salon and spa appointments may be booked by calling your desired location or by utilizing our online booking tool.
Arriving for Your Appointment
For your optimal relaxation experience, we ask that clients arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment to allow time to check-in for your appointment. Arriving after your scheduled treatment start time will limit the time allowed for your treatment and may decrease the effectiveness and your pleasure. Late arrivals may also result in having to reschedule your appointment. Your treatment will end on time, so that the next guest is not delayed. The full value of your treatment will still be charged even if your service time must be shortened due to late arrival.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your salon or spa appointment, we kindly ask that you please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations and no-show’s may result in an additional $25 late cancellation/no show fee.
Payment is expected at the time of service. Acceptable payment methods include credit card, check, or LUXE Unlimited gift certificate. If you have a LUXE Unlimited gift certificate, please bring with you to your appointment when ready to redeem. We do not accept cash payments.
Departing from your Appointment
When departing after your appointment, please check-out through the Concierge desk before leaving to ensure payment has been made or to set up a return appointment.
Intake and Consent Forms
For skincare treatments and massage services, you will be asked to complete an Intake form and Consent form prior to your service. These forms keep you informed as well as provides important information to our LUXE team members that is beneficial to your treatment.
Spa Treatment Recommendations
Please notify your LUXE Unlimited provider if you have high blood pressure, allergies, physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. Your Esthetician or Massage Therapist will also ask about any current medications or topical treatments that you may be using before starting your treatment. Our treatment tables are adjustable to accommodate all clients. During spa treatments, the body is fully draped except for the area being worked on. Robes and slippers are provided before spa treatments for your comfort or clients may choose to remain fully clothed during the entire treatment. Your Esthetician or Massage therapist will ask your preferences in the room temperature, the amount of massage pressure, or the volume of the music. Please notify your LUXE Unlimited provider immediately of any discomfort that you experience.
Salon and Spa Etiquette
Outside food and beverage is not permitted in the salon or spa areas. We request that cell phones be turned off or on silent while in the salon and spa treatment areas to avoid disturbing other guests. Photos and videos of other clients or LUXE team members is not permitted at any time
